Is US Challenge Coins a Real Authority

I viewed an alarming video online yesterday.  The video stated that US Challenge Coins LLC is having delivery issues.  I’m not just talking about running thirty days behind.  I’m talking about running six months behind.  The video and news article went on to say that the delivery problem has become such an issue that a First Class Petty Office in the United States Navy has reported his situation to the Jag office.  It’s the Navy’s legal department for you folks reading this.  That’s a pretty serious thing in my mind.  Not only has the Navy legal team been contacted but the story alleges that US Challenge Coins LLC is under and FBI investigation.

This sounds like the model company with which to do business.  You get such a discounted price that your order of coins never gets delivered.  Can you see the shortcoming or pitfalls of going with a company that perpetuates itself as a discount or cheap manufacturer?  US Challenge Coins refers to their self as the challenge coin authority.  I hate to be the one to break this news to you, but an authority in any niche would never let things get so bad that they fail to produce.  People are in business to make a profit.  Businesses must turn a profit to stay in business.  This is just the cold hard truth.  Businesses need pay for employees, employee benefits, their suppliers and shipping company.  This laundry list of items doesn’t come at a discount.  The cost of shipping is continually on the rise due to the ever increasing cost of fuel.

Don’t be taken in by gimmicks and discounts.  You need to get your coin manufactured with businesses that have had been through trials and tribulations and made it through.  I don’t claim to be an expert in the field of challenge coins but I damn sure know what I’m talking about.  I have been on the front line of a successful challenge coin company for almost seven years.  I have seen firsthand how the economy and government cut-backs hurt business.  Honestly I can’t help but feel a little sorry for US Challenge Coins but that doesn’t excuse their indiscretions.

Customers deserve better than this.  Consumers deserve to do business with a company that’s going to be there when they need them and deliver their product on time.  If you’re in the market for custom challenge coins or whatever adjective you use to describe them then visit http://www.customchallenge-coins.com/
